Our compass public art railing runs for over 40m on what was once the site of the Ordnance survey map in Southampton. The design features a spinning compass motif that celebrates the history of the site.
The arrow orientation alternates to each of the cardinal points, giving sense of movement to the work.
Forged and fabricated in steel with a riveted construction, we installed this commission in 2016.
